Ingredients

Milk 1% — 360 ml

Egg — 1 piece

Banana — 1 piece

Apple puree — 100 g

Oatmeal flakes — 180 g

Wholemeal flour — 130 g

Honey — 1 tbsp. l

Cinnamon — 2 tsp

Baking Powder — 1 tsp

Peanut paste — 2 tbsp. l

Olive oil — 1 tsp

Salt — 1/4 tsp

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

In a bowl, combine oat flakes, whole-grain flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. in a separate container mix the milk, apple puree, honey, peanut paste and pre-whipped egg.

Then add the liquid ingredients to the dry and mix thoroughly. The dough will turn out pretty liquid, do not panic.

Cut the banana cubes and add to the dough.

Lubricate a small form to bake a drop of oil and put the dough into it. Bake for about 35 minutes until golden brown. Check the availability of a toothpick. Cool and cut into bars.
